This oriental medicine aims to affect the "Vital Energy" that circulates throughout the body by irritating special vital points.

In practice, there are only about 100-150 points which are known as "Biologically Active Points" (BAP) or Points Of Affection.

Irritation of these BAP causes local and then general reaction that go through the cerebral cortex, the center of the cerebrum, vegetative nervous system and the endocrine glands.

This reaction induces a normalizing effect which is accompanied by an increase in the defensive forces of an organism, an activation of immunity and stimulation of the microcirculation supplying oxygen to the tissues, thus improving general metabolism.

These shifts contribute to the restoration of disturbed functions of the organs and systems of the body.

The number of indications of magnetic tablets is very broad & includes nearly all the diseases, based on functional disturbances of nervous origin:

• Diseases of the nervous system: Neurosis, Neurasthenia, Neurological manifestations of vertebral osteochondrosis, Neuralgia, Neuritis (2, 6, 8, 9, 11, 16, 17, 48).
• Diseases of the cardio-vascular system hypertension-hypotension, anginal neurotic stenocardia (2, 4, 5, 10, 14, 15).

After finding BAP, a massaging pressure is applied with the finger in smooth, slow, circular movements, without shifting the position of the skin along with a gradual increase in pressure force. After massaging for approximately 3 minutes, magnetic tablet is fixed with the help of an adhesive plaster for a period of time from 30 minutes to several hours.

After leaving the tablet on the skin for a long period of time, it is necessary to avoid disturbing the trophism, that occurs from a hard pressure of the protruded side of a tablet into the skin. For this purpose, the tablets should be taken off for 10-15 minutes, and the area with a tablet, should be massaged every 3-4 hours with the finger.

After repeated usage it is advised to remove fatty residue from the magnetic tablets using alcohol.
