XADO-technology treatment procedures for
reducer of the processing equipment |
It's necessary to keep the medium clean and avoid introduction of abrasive impurities
which may cause the damage the working surfaces.
You may treat the reducers which have no macro-mechanical damages and not more than
70% worn.
- Prior to the treatment measure the main characteristics of the reducer:
- vibration and noisiness;
- temperature mode;
- energy consumption;
- dimensions of the tooth of the gear set.
- The measurements are taken at the constant moment of resistance on the input
shaft of the reducer and fixed settings of the electric engine (current, voltage, revolutions).
- The full treatment of the reducer has 3 stages:
- The first stage includes the following operations:
- Prepare XADO-gel for treatment of reducer
- Pour the standard oil heated up to the temperature of 80oC
into the separate bowl, add estimated amount of XADO-gel for reducers
(3.0 ml of the gel for 1 l of the basic oil)
- Stir thoroughly to obtain homogeneous mix
- Turn off the reducer. Open access cover of the reducer, insert the
prepared stuff directly onto he surfaces of the working mechanism. Close
the cover, turn on the reducer.
- The second and the third stages of the treatment are made with 8
hour interval while the mechanism is working.
- After 350-400 hours of continuous operation, beginning from the first treatment
stage, the treatment is considered over.
