XADO products depend on the sphere of

Special gel and grease were produced as a carrier
for
XADO-compound.
Gel. gel is used for the assemblies of the
mechanisms operating with any
liquid lubrication. Gel is compatible with any type of
oils,
does not chemically react with them and does not change
their viscosity.

Due to the new formula of the grease being designed
it can be used as
a universal substitute for any greases including special
ones designed
for particular assemblies and mechanisms, for example,
SHRUS-4, CIATIM-221,
LITOL-24, HRB-4 and similar including imported ones.
Increased
contents of high-molecular polymers, special anti-
oxidants and special
thickeners makes XADO-grease highly adhesive,
water-repellent and

Railroad
greases

We offer a range of special railroad greases
with high physical
and chemical characteristics (shear strength,
viscosity at temperature
of 30oC, mechanical stability) which
meet the demands
for railroad greases and have a property of
restoration of worn-out
surfaces. Recommended for use in various
assemblies of railroad
rolling stock.

High-
temperature greases

Unique plastic greases XADO-250 and
XADO-300 enable
operation of the assemblies under the heating up
to 400oC,
restore worn-out rubbing surfaces of the
assemblies up to the ratings.
Advisable for use in any industrial equipment
where high-temperature
grease is required. They are ideal for rubbing
units of industrial
furnaces. Use of high-temperature greases
enables:
- to save costs for frequent shut-down
of the equipment,
flushing and changing the bearing joints;
- to increase bearings' life minimum 3-
6 times;
- to reduce costs for buying bearings;
- to cut down grease consumption.
