The existing methods of design and manufacture do not allow to accommodate all working conditions of this or that assembly, and manufacturing tolerances create still more errors. Thus, imperfect parts start being destroyed from the very first moment of service. XADO greases help to exceptionally and originally solve this problem. XADO grease is a completely new unique and universal product, designed for application in all assemblies and mechanisms, which are operated with the use of greases. All XADO greases will neither get fluidified nor expelled at angular velocities up to 10000 r.p.m. The amount of the grease for any particular assembly depends on the design and is specified in the service instructions for these assemblies and mechanisms.

Fields of application: water pump bearings, hub bearing assemblies, ball supports, steering heads, cross-pieces. In the industry - any assemblies from movements to turbines of Nuclear Power Plants.

By acting upon a particular rubbing pair in a particular mechanism owing to the reconditioning properties, inherent in all XADO products, it optimize clearances and bring these to ideally possible values for a given system, at the same time enhancing microhardness of the rubbing surfaces. Thus for a plain bearing this indicator equals 65 kg/mm², while after application of XADO-grease we can obtain on the rubbing pairs 400-450 kg/mm² !

Your new parts will serve much longer, and in certain cases - without lubrication at all. It also ensures effective protection, compensates wear up to 5%.

Used for reconditioning and protection of worn rubbing pairs, as well as in cases, if you employed other compounds other than XADO-greases. Reliably and without fail compensates wear up to 30%. The resulting surfaces of the rubbing pairs are extremely resistant to aggressive media, attrition, impact loads.
