WHAT IS XADO-TECHNOLOGY

Problem

The existing mass production technologies of the world for processing parts of assemblies and mechanisms do not permit to precisely hold to the specified dimensions of parts and ensure perfect finishing of the rubbing surfaces. This has brought to life a system of fits and tolerances. Thus, all new, and to a larger extent partially worn parts of assemblies and mechanisms are far from being perfect. From the very start of service their rubbing-pair surfaces commence to get destroyed.


Solution

We propose a unique XADO-technology, which, in an original and simple way, can meet the friction challenge. By focusing on the particular rubbing mates (instead of unlinked parts) in the standard mode of operation, we achieve an optimal match of the parts, which ensures the minimal possible friction for a given system.


Essence of
the method

XADO compound is a multicomponent fine mixture of some natural minerals, additions and catalysts. The major feature of the compounds consists in that they are able to form with the surface metal layer a cermet protective coating at rubbing and contacting spots. Details...


Examination of the rubbing pair surfaces treated according to
the XADO- technology showed the following results:

  1. Micro-hardness: up to 500 kg/mm2;
  2. Stress compression: 250 kg/mm2;
  3. Surface roughness (Ra): up to 0,06 mkm;
  4. High corrosion resistance.

That's why the minimal friction coefficient is reached and the surfaces gain unique consumption qualities: possibility to operate without oil, quick alignment, long service life.

For reconditioning of the said mechanisms the use of XADO-technology enables in addition:

  • to significantly increase their lifetime while operating under high temperatures (up to 300oC) and tenfold while operating in aggressive medium;
  • to change scheduled repairs for preventive ones according to XADO-technology;
  • to make repair and restoration works in the normal operation mode (saving time and repair expenses ).


In automobiles transport, new parts of assemblies and mechanisms gain unique wear resistance after treatment according to XADO- technology. The following results are achieved:

  • for new motor
    • 5% fuel savings compared to the ratings;
    • tenfold decrease of CO and CH in exhausts; (purification efficiency for CO - 24%, for CH - 88%), these data are obtained while testing a new car with catalyst;
    • wear protection at emergency oil leakage;

    • up to 15% fuel savings compared to the ratings, especially in all-wheel drive cars.

After treatment according to the XADO- technology, worn-out parts of assemblies and mechanisms gain unique wear resistance, their normal dimensions and geometry being restored. The following results are achieved:

  • for motor
    • filling up gaps at the cylinders;
    • correction of ellipticity of the cylinders and shafts up to the factory dimensions;
    • equalization of compression by the cylinders and bringing it to the ratings;
    • fuel consumption as in a new motor or even better;
