| XADO-technology treatment procedures for hydrosystems |
We recommend to treat rotary-plunger and axial-plunger hydro-mechanisms on the stand according to the special technique. Prior to treatment you should take the reading of the main characteristics of the hydrosystem:
- pressure in the hydrosystem;
- hydraulic power;
- loading and adjusting characteristics of the hydraulic drive.
Hydrosystems are treated by XADO-technology in three stages.
- The first stage. Prepare XADO-gel for treatment of hydrosystems:
- Ppour the working liquid of the hydrosystem heated up to 80oC into the separate bowl in the amount needed for dissolution of the estimated volume of the gel for hydrosystems (1.0 ml of the gel for 1 liter of working liquid);
- Thoroughly stir the stuff to obtain homogeneous mix.
- Introduce the staff into the tank for working liquid. Turn on the hydrosystem.
- Make the second and the third stages of the treatment similar to the first one with 8 hour intervals while hydrosystem is on..
After 350-400 hours of continuous operation since the first stage the treatment is considered finished. When the treatment is over you should take new readings of the main characteristics.
