| Main advantages of the treatment |
- the engine need not be disassembled;
- improved operation of the engine after 50-100 km already.
The effectiveness and serviceability of the engine to a great extent depends not only on
the conditions of the engine itself, but on many other factors, processes and
mechanisms, accompanying, participating and influencing its operation. For example,
the high oil consumption can be caused not only by considerable wear
of the engine parts, but by the non-tightness of the gaskets, gland wear, sticking of the piston rings
in the cylinder. Therefore, when making a decision to treat the engine, first of all
pay attention both to the characteristic indicators of wear,
and to general symptoms. For example:
- hollow low pings from the crankcase bottom, which intensify noticeably,
when the crankshaft rotational speed is increased (wear of the main bearings);
- steady ringing metal sounds, which intensify with increased
loading (wear of the crankpin bearings);
- engine overheats;
- muffler smokes;
- power loss;
- high fuel consumption;
- low pressure and high oil consumption;
- intense vibration and noise.
Opportune and efficient is the treatment of normally functioning and
new engines. The amassed experience of application of XADO speaks in favour of
the necessity for an early preventive treatment of such
engines. In this way new parts get run-in, while those with slight
wear, get quickly reconditioned. Due to an abnormally low
friction coefficient of the protective coating being formed, internal
loads on the engine parts diminish, which considerably prolongs its
service life. And then, in case of any mulfunctions, their causes
should be looked for "on the surface": carbureter, ignition system, fuel quality.
An important aspect of using oils should be noted.
For the treated engines the quality and grade of the oil are of no importance,
as the oil no longer acts as a lubricant, and "works" as a fluid, contributing to
a uniform distribution of the heat across the engine parts.
| The treatment procedure of an engine with the oil
capacity of 3-10 l (3 tubes) |
The dosage of XADO depends on the oil system capacity, which in turn
is proportional to the area of the rubbing mates. This value is accounted for on the
stage of designing and developing of the oil system of the respective engines, assemblies
and units.

The suggested dosages of our products are designed for a functional
mechanism. With greater wear degrees the dose should be increased by 50%.
During the first stage treatment of engines a minimal number od packages,
a multiple of 3, is used 3.
STAGE I
- Squeeze out the contents of 1 tube into the oil filler neck of the engine.
- Start the engine and allow it to idle for 30 min.
- Drive 15-20 km with a minimal load (maximum 2700 r.p.m.)
STAGE II
- Perform after a 100-250 km run following the same procedure (this value must not be exceeded !)
- It is possible to perfor the treatment after 5 h of idling
(equivalent to a 100-250 km run).
Note. 2 stages are sufficient for new motor cars (2 tubes).
STAGE III
- Perform after a 100-250 km run following the same procedure (this value must not be exceeded !)
After a total 2000-2500 km run from the beginning of Stage I the treatment is considered complete.
